Woke up. Had breakfast: instant noodle and a glass of milk. Lunch: 2 cookies, estimated diameter 7cm. Drank about 500mL of water. And I just had dinner at 10:30pm.
Bus 312 is soooo stupid. The prof just follows the book pretty much exactly, including the exact examples. I guess that's because he wrote the damn book (AKA 'electronic book') himself. And what's with how he keeps repeating himself!!! Here's my paraphase:
"How do we measure the performance of an investment? The IRR. Internal rate of return. That is, the return that our investment is actually earning, the internal rate of return, when compared with the financial market. This is call the IRR, or the internal rate of return. So let's now go through an example of calculating the internal rate of return..."
OMG!
